It used to be, at least in my country, that you were allowed to taste and drink some alcohol when you were growing up. I remember drinking Stout with Condensed Milk when I was 15. I always loved it and made it last week to celebrate our country’s Independence Day.
Of course, as kids, our favorite part was eating the leftover condensed milk.
It would be best to make it in a blender, and all ingredients need to be cold. It’s never served over ice, but you could do it, too.
Be aware that Colombian Malta is sweet. We don’t have that in Chile, so don’t use it in this recipe; the result will be overwhelmingly sweet.
Condensed milk is a staple in the Chilean pantry. It is used for drinks, to drizzle over fruit, and to cook dulce de leche.
