I recommend using this recipe for the dough.
Use your favorite rolled sugar cookie recipe.
Work with cold ingredients in the food processor.
Roll half the dough in between two sheets of parchment paper until very thin
Do the same with the other half of dough.
Stamp with your favorite dolly, use the rolling pin directly over the doily
Freeze for 30 minutes before cutting, and then freeze the cookies on the baking sheet for 15 minutes more. Bake at 325F for 12-15 minutes.
