Enjoy this Braised Celery and Kohlrabi recipe.
Much of my days revolve around community gardens, every Tuesday, I work with a group of volunteers in a community garden where we grow food for donation to a food bank. I also manage my kid’s school garden, and two weeks ago, I decided to take on the garden at my youngest kid’s daycare. I love growing vegetables and educating children. This year, I have set myself to eat more locally grown vegetables. I used to buy the same old ones: celery, carrots, cabbage, etc. without paying much attention where they have been grown. Now I’m getting a local CSA box.
