I’m thrilled to have this recipe in English now. My mother used to make these Chilean Walnut Cookies all the time, and they were one of the first recipes I learned how to make.
To take these new pictures, I asked my seven years old to take them with me. They always come out delicious, and they travel very well. We took them as a hosted gift for my brother-in-law’s Chicago family.
So, if you are looking for an easy, quick-to-make, and flavorful cookie, head over to Denise’s blog Easy and Delish, where I’m guest posting today. Denise is a native Brazilian who is happily living in Texas. Visit and marvel at her Brazilian recipes (both traditional and contemporary), which focus on quick and easy weeknight meals for the busy, everyday home cook and no-bake or fuss-free desserts. I know you are going to like it.
